  	JOLKOWSKI, Dorothy Mae (nee Toman) Passed away peacefully at Freeport Hospital, Kitchener, on Sunday, November 16, 2014 in her 92nd year. Beloved wife of the late Paul Jolkowski. Loving mother to Jo-Anne Jolkowski (Allan Duffy), David Jolkowski (Kristin Higgins), Paulette Leasa (Richard), Judith Jolkowski and Mark Jolkowski. Cherished grandma to nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Sadly missed by her brother Cameron Toman and sister-in-law Erma Pitz. Predeceased by her brother Delmore Toman and sister-in-law Marguerite Toman as well as her daughter-in-law Lisa Livingstone. As per Dorothy's wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family interment will take place in the spring at Williamsburg Cemetery, Kitchener. If you knew Dorothy, please take a few private moments to listen to her favourite song (K.D. Lang's version of Leonard Cohen's 'Hallelujah') and to reflect on your personal memories of her.
